We are listening to you, and we understand that for some, the dream of home ownership is a difficult reality. For others, a new home may be an opportunity to retire with security, or build a family with room to grow. As we evaluate the externalities of living closer to urban settings, smaller municipalities are offering a vibrant alternative with unique natural amenities and a strong sense of community. For these reasons and many more, peripheral towns are capturing the imaginations of people looking to establish a well-balanced life.
What Drives Us
From day one, our mission has always been rooted in navigating complex environments to deliver win-win-win outcomes. We take a community-based approach to project planning, a quality-based approach to our end-product, and a value-based approach with all stakeholders in mind. We also take a life-cycle approach to project visioning. This means adopting innovation to deliver unbiased solutions in context. We are interested in real estate and urbanism, and we are driven to create spaces that act as optimal conduits for businesses to operate in and for residents to dwell and live well.
Nortterra’s purpose is to identify, scope and execute high potential development projects. With an open ear and nimble disposition, we will look to provide real estate that meets the demand for housing and local businesses. By implementing our expertise across the entire development lifecycle, we maximize cost and timeline efficiencies while reducing project risk. By extension, our goal is to find the best value proposition for the consumer, our partners and the communities in which we operate in. We will do this without compromise. With this in mind, we aim to be the most trusted partner in community development.
